We would like to introduce our company's processing achievements of the "Multi-Curved Integrated Mirror." The TMT (Thirty Meter Telescope) is an optical infrared and next-generation extremely large telescope with a diameter of 30 meters that is currently under construction. Our company has conducted prototype processing for a mid-infrared observation device, producing two components: the multi-curved integrated mirror and the image slicer. Through one-chucking processing, we ensured the relative positional accuracy of multiple off-axis aspheres with ultra-precision machining accuracy.
